The King Room was super comfortable and clean. The bed felt amazing, and I really liked how spacious it was. Plenty of USB ports for charging devices, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. a bit more variety would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a cozy place to stay!

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and 24-hour reception, I have everything I need. The staff even helped me find a lost item on my first stay. Will was amazing on my recent call. I’m coming back for Christmas!

Well, that was a surprise!
What was once a reliable choice became a source of discomfort. I encountered issues like tampered locks, lackluster room conditions, and surprisingly poor breakfast options. To add to the unease, the ongoing renovations detracted from the overall experience, leaving me wishing for a more pleasant stay.

Comfortable and clean bathrooms.
My experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived to find my first room had no refrigerator, which was a critical item I expected based on my reservation. After moving to my second room, it reeked of a terrible smell, like wet dog. I had to cover it up with my own Lysol. Plus, I was informed there were no other room options available, which left me feeling stranded in a stinky environment.

The front desk manager was exceptionally professional, and the indoor pool was a highlight for the kids, making our stay enjoyable despite the breakfast staff's unhelpfulness.

Just a prime choice for a flying visit in Ashland with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast area was well-stocked and maintained by a woman who took great pride in her work. Make sure to try the breakfast—it’s well worth it.

The room was spacious and comfy, perfect for a family retreat. Plus, the budget-friendly price was a cherry on top! I'll happily recommend it for a night’s rest after long travels.
But, darling, that breakfast? I've had waffles that were less frozen! And the elevator could use a scrub—I'm no germaphobe, but yikes!

Had an awesome time with friends at this place! We loved visiting James River Cellars Winery and the Hanover Country Club nearby. The rooms were comfortable, and everything felt clean and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety, letting us fuel up for our adventures each day.
One downside was the breakfast staff. They were a bit too stern and not very helpful, which kind of put a damper on the breakfast experience.
